THE INSTITUTE

The Structure

The Institute is governed by a Council of 15 elected members. All office bearers of the Institute are elected by the Council amongst its members at the conclusion of each annual general meeting. Auditors are also appointed at the annual general meeting and to hold office until the conclusion of the next annual general meeting. The role and functions of the Institute are carried by the principal office bearers and through the various committees set-up.
